I'm a wife to my hard-working, former zoo-keeper husband and mother of two amazing children, three cats, a couple of strays, and hopefully to a new puppy this summer. Pictured to the left is my children and me goofing off. We love God, and we love people. Our church and some neighbors of ours have become family to us. We also love the outdoors, exploring hotel floors, wildlife, getting muddy, chilling out, and finding bodies of water to splash in during the hot Mississippi summers. I am homeschooling this year! God has given me the affinity to and talent in photography, not just as a hobby from my teenage years, but now, as a means to live. It was a very specific prayer that He answered for me, and I hope to bless you with this gift!
Our smart phones allow us to quickly take photos on our cellphones and instantly share on social media. While this is convenient and doesn't take much effort, I encourage you to book photo sessions with your family, your spouse, your pets even. One day, you or your children or spouse (probably not your pets) will look for pictures with you in them - searching for details that a hurried cell phone shot or selfie could never capture- the way you hold your baby, a touch or a natural emotion or facial expression you have when you're together. I would have so much joy in documenting those precious memories for you.
