Real Estate Photography Pricing
You will receive 40+ HDR (high dynamic range) photos on the best rooms/areas you'd like to feature and dramatic skies for gray/rainy days if you wish.
My rates begin at $125* plus drive time (see below)
at 1000 square feet and increase
per 500 square feet:
1000+ = $125
1500+ = $140
2000+ = $150
2500+ = $165
3000+ = $175
3500+ = $200
4000+ = $225
4500+ = $250
5000+ = $300
For homes over 5500 square feet, please contact me.
*Additional travel fee of 0.50 per mile for any home over 10 minutes away from my current location (one way); I am usually in 39047 or 39232. Please consider that I am driving there and back and will need to leave my day job or my family to photograph a home. I am a one-person operation, and I love to capture the best features on a home.
I will do everything in my power to get your homes photographed as soon as possible!
Some things to know:

There's a 24-48 turnaround on all photos.

I use Google Maps to determine time and ETA.

All high-resolution photos are delivered on Google Drive.

USB/flash drives are $5 additional.

I take checks, PayPal or CashApp. Payments are due, in FULL, at the start of your shoot. I cannot start shooting or release any photos until payment has been made. It takes 2-3 days for payments to process when I receive them.
Hours of availability:
Monday through Friday - within lunch hours
Monday and Thurs. - 5 p.m.
Saturdays - early a.m., evenings
Sundays - most evenings
Tips to making the most of our time:
- Have all ceiling fans OFF, and lights and lamps ON
- Put down toilet seat covers in all bathrooms
- Put away anything you don't want seen in the photos
